Birds Eye birds given voices in ad for SteamFresh range

BWM’s Melbourne office has launched a new campaign for Simplot to re-launch its Birds Eye SteamFresh range.

A TV ad, which went to air yesterday, sees cartoon characters Gill, Brock, Finn, Chip and Goldie given voices for the first time.

The campaign will run in magazines, online and point of sales as well as TV.

Simplot Australia GM of retail marketing, Tara Lordsmith, said, “I love the Birds Eye SteamFresh range; it’s quick, easy, healthy and delicious, and we want more people to discover this product from the freezer. In promoting the range, the Birds Eye birds are now talking. This adds another dimension of interest to our already successful Birds Eye branded advertising campaign.”
