Blair Crouch joins MKTG as GM of strategy and marketing

Dentsu Aegis Network’s lifestyle marketing agency MKTG has hired Blair Crouch as its general manager of marketing and strategy.

Crouch joins the agency from his previous stint at Moonee Valley Racing Club where he was the general manager of marketing and commercial for nearly two years.

Crouch will be based in the Melbourne office

He has also worked at the AFL as its head of partnerships for more than four years.

In his new role Crouch will focus on driving growth from MKTG’s marketing and creative offerings.

“I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with MKTG in previous roles, so I’m thrilled to now be part of the team during an exciting growth phase.

“The opportunity to collaborate across DAN to develop existing marketing services is significant due to the impressive expertise already within the business, with our longer-term goal to expand our service offerings to provide strategic sports marketing guidance to existing and new clients.”

Matt Connell, national managing director at MKTG, added: “Blair’s appointment heralds an exciting new phase for our business in Australia, as we’re investing in new talent and capability to deliver incremental value to our partners and clients.

“To support our vision, MKTG is currently in market searching for high calibre talent with several key areas of focus including roles across client leadership, analytics and creative services.

“These appointments will enable us to drive new integrated marketing solutions to our clients nationally, and we look forward to sharing more on this in the coming weeks.”
