Burson-Marsteller adds to its healthcare and public affairs portfolios
Burson-Marsteller has picked up three new clients for its Healthcare and Corporate and Public Affairs portfolios.

Burson-Marsteller Australia (B-M), a leading Australian public relations and communications consultancy, today announced several significant new business wins for the Healthcare and Corporate and Public Affairs teams.
B-M’s Healthcare team has bolstered its client portfolio with the addition of ResMed and the NSW Department of Family & Community Services to its books. Under the leadership of Fiona Tigar who has recently rejoined the consultancy, the team has successfully pitched and won business to deliver crisis and issues management, stakeholder relations and consultation programmes across a diverse group of disease areas and organisations.
Following a number of recent new business wins, the Corporate and Public Affairs team was also successful in pitching for the Australian Biosecurity Intelligence Network (ABIN). ABIN is a unique organisation charged with encouraging greater collaboration in Australia’s Biosecurity community, through advanced technological infrastructure. The team will provide communication strategy and implementation to the group throughout 2011.
