Bohemia Group names Jimmy Dau as national partnerships director

M&C Saatchi’s Bohemia Group has appointed Jimmy Dau to a newly created role of national partnerships director, moving from previous role, group investment director.

Dau returned to Bohemia earlier this year, as a contractor, but will now become a permanent team member to develop new and grow existing creative and investment-based relationships with media and platform partners.

Of his role, which is new within Bohemia, Dau said: “I am elated to become a Bohemian again. There is a depth of talent as well as market-leading offerings that deliver results for our clients.

“As a creative-led agency, I can see plenty of collaborative opportunities with our media and platform partners to drive further results for our clients.”

Dau brings 17 years of media investment experience to the role, having served in roles including Melbourne head of investment at Carat, and led the Australian Government account at UM Melbourne. Dau left Carat in December 2020.

Bohemia Group general manager, Sev Griffiths, said: “Having worked closely with Jimmy in the past, we are thrilled he has rejoined Bohemia. Jimmy brings not only his experience but most importantly a partnership mindset with a holistic and dynamic approach to driving the best outcomes for our clients.”

Earlier this year Bohemia Group appointed Chloe Schneider as head of content. Its most recent client wins have included Chemist 2 U and Eftpos.
