CHE Proximity creative leader and Heart On My Sleeve Movement founder complete Mumbrella’s Health Marketing Summit line-up

CHE Proximity’s chief creative officer, Ant White, will speak at Mumbrella’s Health Marketing Summit on August 22nd to reveal the secrets, insights and strategies behind the health campaign that was two years in the making, Curing Homesickness.

The pro bono campaign made by Mumbrella’s Creative Agency of the Year aims to cure the homesickness of 500,000 sick kids and raise $1m, with millions of dollars of donated media spots, seven corporate partners and 20 publishers on board.

During the session, White will unveil how feelings connected to a story can drive donation dollars, why creating a story people can participate in makes for effective advertising, and why the campaign was two years in the making.

Joining White on stage to add more insights to the story are Pete Baker, director of The Glue Society, and CHE Proximity’s group account director, Mariana Rice.

Rounding out Mumbrella’s Health Marketing Summit program is Mitch Wallis, formerly the global audience marketing manager at Microsoft in the US, but now the founder of the mental health movement, Heart On My Sleeve.

Wallis is set to unpack how he created the  movement, and will explore the darkest yet most insightful moments of his own mental health journey and its impact on his personal and professional life in the marketing industry.

White, Baker, Rice and Wallis join other speakers already on the program including Grey’s president of global health and wellness, Jason Kahner; Ahm’s head of marketing, Amanda Romeo; health and fitness expert, Steve Willis (The Commando); Chris Taylor, CMO at The Heart Foundation; and Bayer’s communications manager of brand and digital, Lynette Ghanem.

Romeo, Willis and Ghanem will also be speaking at Mumbrella’s Health Marketing Summit
