Chris Kay launches global coaching collective
Chris Kay, the ex-CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi London, has returned to Australia and launched andOpen, a global coaching and content collective “built to optimise leaders’ performance for a new world.”
The news comes just days after Kay announced he would also be taking on an academic role at UTS.
andOpen teams leaders with a curated coach (a ‘supercharger’) based on what support system is required at a certain point in time. Leaders can switch up their coaches based on their evolving needs, with different ‘superchargers’ available for mindfulness training, health and performance, leadership and more.
