Chris Kay launches global coaching collective
Chris Kay, the ex-CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi London, has returned to Australia and launched andOpen, a global coaching and content collective “built to optimise leaders’ performance for a new world.”
The news comes just days after Kay announced he would also be taking on an academic role at UTS.
andOpen teams leaders with a curated coach (a ‘supercharger’) based on what support system is required at a certain point in time. Leaders can switch up their coaches based on their evolving needs, with different ‘superchargers’ available for mindfulness training, health and performance, leadership and more.
The hand-selected superchargers have coached leaders from Google, Disney, Nike, Apple, CNN, YouTube, and many more.
One such ‘supercharger’ is Harvard-trained physician-educator Parneet Pal.
“It’s time for a new kind of leadership, one that helps business and society emerge successfully out of our current polycrisis,” said Pal.
“I’m delighted to partner with Chris and the other Superchargers to support modern leaders and optimise their health, performance and wellbeing.”

“As a CEO this is something I really needed for myself and my leadership teams but I found it difficult to source. Then having trained as a coach for the last couple of years meeting some amazing thinkers on that journey I saw the need for a connection point for talent to partner and thrive.”
