Coles’s CMO Lisa Ronson joins industry webinar on creativity
Lisa Ronson, chief marketing officer at Coles, will be a panelist on an upcoming webinar, ‘How creativity can unlock empathetic marketing and help brands stand out’. The webinar will take place on Wednesday, 24 February at 1pm AEDT.
Ronson joined Coles in May 2019 from Tourism Australia, where she also held the CMO position. Ronson is responsible for leading the organisation’s marketing brand and media strategies. With over 20 years of experience, she has worked across sectors and at brands such as Westpac Group, Carlton & United Breweries and Telstra.
Ronson’s experience as a prominent figure in Australia’s marketing industry will provide valuable insight to the webinar. From her numerous awards, including the 2018 Marketer of the Year award from the Australian Marketing Institute, Ronson has a proven track record of being at the forefront of marketing.
A bespoke, customer-focused digital approach has always been vital to a brand’s survival. The COVID-19 crisis has only served to highlight how important the customer’s digital experience is. This webinar will provide insight from market leaders on how both creativity and empathy can innovate a brand’s digital customer journey.
Moderated by Phoebe Netto, the founder of Pure Public Relations, Adobe’s director of strategic business development, Michael Stoddart, and Wellcom Worldwide’s head of content creation, Bud Peart, will join Ronson at the webinar.
The panel will share their experience over the past year at the online event and how they’ve marketed with empathy in mind. The speakers will provide advice on how the strategies they used can be applied to other businesses as well.
