Dr Mumbo commends the Commonwealth Bank of taking the step of full disclosure — yesterday laying it all out on Page 21 of The Australian’s business section for all their readers.
However, he does wonder if the above might be in the category of too much information…
Particularly when the full page broadsheet ad then directs those consumers after “more information” to the website. If you think you couldn’t possibly read it all, don’t worry, you CAN.
It’s the law.
Oh and one last thing,unlike the world of Mumbrella,the wider,real world can read and interpret messages beyond the sound bite.
