Compare the Market appoints Louisse Brady as head of brand

Former RACQ and Credit Union of Australia marketer, Louisse Brady, has been appointed Compare the Market’s general manager of brand.

Brady will head up the comparison site’s brand division and report to chief marketing officer, Jenny Williams, who herself joined the company in January.

Brady joins Compare the Market from the Credit Union of Australia

Brady was previously the senior manager heading up CUA’s brand enablement and sponsorship. Prior to that, she was RACQ’s strategic marketing lead at RACQ.

Williams said: “We are delighted to welcome Louisse to CTM. Her experience working across multi-vertical portfolios means she was an obvious choice to lead CTM’s brand team.

“We have invested heavily in our customer experience channel, which will be further strengthened by Louisse’s commitment to putting our customer at the heart of our business, ensuring we offer consumers a best-in-class experience.

“Louisse joins the business at an exciting time for CTM as we have recently launched our Simplesness philosophy, which is a whole-of-business initiative, designed to empower people to save time and money and to get the most out of their household budgets.”

In September, Compare the Market launched its first campaign under Williams, who told Mumbrella it represented a “directional shift” for the brand.

Brady added: “CTM has a fantastic leadership team, with a genuine desire to stretch the business to deliver the best customer experience. I have always been driven by the relationship between marketing, sales and customer experience, and have found CTM’s approach to this collaboration empowering.”
