The announcement:

The Courier-Mail editor Christopher Dore today announced a new publication, Queensland Business Monthly (QB Monthly), which celebrates the success of Queensland businesses.

Edited by Andre Grimaux, the magazine will feature the latest business news from the industries that make Queensland tick.

Available today then on the last Friday of every month in The Courier-Mail, QB Monthly takes a look at what is happening in the real estate, agriculture, tourism, resources and digital sectors of the Queensland economy.

Mr Dore said: “The Queensland economy is experiencing phenomenal growth. It is growing twice as fast as the rest of the nation. As the state’s number one news and information resource, we know Queensland and we know what makes businesses in the state tick. With sections such as Queensland Taste.com.au, Qweekend and Life, I’m pleased to add QB Monthly to The Courier-Mail’s stable of specialty lift outs.”

Mr Grimaux said: “QB Monthly will be celebrating the movers, shakers, up and comers and big talking points that drive business success in Queensland. It will be the pre-eminent resource for business leaders across the broad range of sectors that propel the state’s economic growth. The stable of writers we have contributing to the magazine will ensure that we can offer strong depth of content and knowledge for Queenslanders.”
