cummins&partners announces GM of Melbourne office

Creative media agency cummins&partners has announced Sarah Raine as general manager of the company’s Melbourne office.

The announcement:

Following a huge year of revival for the company, the arrival of Sarah Raine as general manager of the Melbourne office, adds huge energy and experience to the agency group.

‘We’re so thrilled Sarah is joining us next week’ said Michael McConville, CEO of cummins&partners. ‘We can all be guilty of making our work in this industry too complicated sometimes. But truly, when you meet someone, whose values are so clear – and so evidenced in their previous work and relationships – it’s a reminder of what it’s all about. Sarah cares about people and the work. In equal weighting, and with equal passion. And she’s got runs on the board to prove it, with industry and clients just loving working with her. And now I am too. I am so damn excited to get going together’.

‘I’m really excited about joining cummins&partners. You can’t fake that chemistry you feel in those early stages, so I know how well we’ll be able to transmit that for our people, our clients and the agency community. It was refreshing and inspiring to see the long-term agency plans and to witness an agency so committed to finding new ways to make the work work. There’s so much to build on and grow. I’m pumped.’

With years of creative and effectiveness accolades under her belt, through Spikes, Cannes, AWARD and WARC, the addition of Raine to the cummins&partners fold is quite the coup for the agency. With this addition, the creative effectiveness-credentials of the agency take another step up. And with a secondto-none reputation of fostering talent and nurturing client relationships, Raine’s arrival is something McConville can’t help but be enthused about.

‘We’ve now got the people, the processes, the creds and the partnerships to surprise everyone in the best ways. We know we create work that works brilliantly for our clients, but now we can unashamedly say, we’re pushing to the next level. Sarah will be a brilliant leader in that sense; and wonderfully, there’s more to come. It’s a brilliant time here and with our dream leadership team just about complete, there is good fun and truly great work ahead’.
