Dave Williams to host Triple M’s My Generation
Dave Williams has become host of Triple M national show My Generation having started on 8 June.

Dave Williams will host Triple M’s national show My Generation from Saturday June 8, replacing the recently departed Ugly Phil.
My Generation is a contemporary guide to the music, news and events that have shaped our lives, and can be heard on over 70 stations nationally through the Triple M Network and affiliate partners regionally.
With an impressive radio resume, ‘Dangerous Dave’ is currently the anchor of Triple M’s national drive show Kennedy Molloy. A seasoned broadcaster for over 25 years, Dave has interviewed some of the world’s leading music legends including Jon Bon Jovi, The Red Hot Chilli Peppers, The Foo Fighters and Australia’s own Jimmy Barnes.
Dave is an eight-time finalist for Best Music Personality for the Australian Commercial Music Awards (ACRAS) and was also voted Australia’s Best Music Jock by his peers on Radio Today in 2012.

I see that Triple M have a strict chrome dome pre-requisite for My Generation… Ugly Phil and now Dave… Damn, there goes that Shampoo sponsorship… but at the same time has increased the chance of Rip Curl’s winter beanie to take over as brand naming rights on the show
