Digital agency HotHouse hires 15 staff
Digital ad agency HotHouse has piled on 15 staff in eight weeks after a series of new business wins and increased activity from existing clients.
New clients Foxtel, CPA and EBX and current clients such as Toyota have prompted the 17-year old independent agency to add personnel in client services, quality assurance, production and project management, taking total headcount to more than 70.
Agency executive director Rob Olver said: “Every digital advertising sector is growing, particularly demand-side media and analytics. There is a lot of pressure on the digital dollar, and it’s tough for smaller agencies in digital to keep up with client demand. An agency needs to be able to not just advance the brand, but secure entire platforms. This year will prove to be the year of scale.”
Olver added that he expected to see 20% further growth in his agency in 2012.

I note they’ve hired three times as many people with a moustache compared to those with a vagina.

Actually it’s a ratio of 14:1 and you could have stated it a hell of a lot better than you did.
