Don’t take law advice from your Uber driver, says Carroll & O’Dea in new campaign

We all seem to know a lawyer or two in our lives. But when it comes to compensation cases, Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers says to “choose the lawyer a lawyer would choose”.

In its new work via Campaign Edge, Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers highlighted that people who need a compensation lawyer often rely on the advice of those around them.

The campaign’s 30-second spot showed a colleague, a taxi driver and a family member recommending which lawyer to choose.

Campaign Edge’s executive creative director, Dee Madigan, said: “Advertising in the personal injury space has typically been a personal story or about access to justice.

“With this campaign, we’re trying to replicate those moments in life when everyone is telling you what to do, who you should choose. We’re telling that story in a different way, with a storyline we think will stand-out with the audience.”

Managing partner of the law firm, Hanaan Indari, added: “In the ad, we’ve highlighted that someone needing legal advice about a compensation matter should ‘choose lawyers a lawyer would choose’ … And when people are searching for a trusted law firm to help in their matter, we’d like to be top of mind.”
