John Tamblyn, head of trade marketing at Dulux, said the company was impressed by Channel T’s planning capabilities.

“We were really impressed with Channel T’s strategic, creative and channel planning. Channel T helped us map out our path forward as well as develop some strong creative ideas and channel plans that will make a real difference to how we communicate and engage with painters,” Tamblyn stated.

Paul Rhodes, managing director Channel T, said in a statement: “When you think of premium paint you think of Dulux. Like many Australians, I’ve had many a good experience in painting with Dulux around the home, and as a marketer I have admired the Dulux brand for its innovation and quality.

“We are looking forward to helping make a difference to the Dulux Trade Business now and in the future.”

In January, Channel T expanded its relationship with clients 3M and Post-It, taking on the creative work across the Asia Pacific region. It has also created local campaigns for cosmetics brand Revlon.
