Ecosa names Bullfrog as strategic and creative partner
Australian-owned mattress retailer, Ecosa, has selected Bullfrog as its strategic and creative partner, following a competitive pitch.
The partnership will leverage Bullfrog’s full-service offering, including strategy, creative, media and production.
Ringo Chan, founder of Ecosa, said: “Sleep can be an incredibly emotional topic, and when we don’t get the best night’s rest, it impacts every aspect of our day. We want the future of Ecosa to stay true to its origins by finding a unique way to own sleep.
Rowena Graham, head of brand at Ecosa, commented: “During the pitch process, we were blown away with Bullfrog’s enthusiasm, integrated thinking and their ability to craft insightful narratives.”
Dalton Henshaw, CEO of Bullfrog, added: “We’re excited to begin our partnership with Ecosa, and bolster our existing pure-play e-com retailer credentials, delivering unfair attention that’ll cut through this cluttered category and help give everyone the quality rest they need.”
The appointment follows what has been a busy start to the year for the indie creative business, having appointed its first managing director, Matilda Hobba, in February, ahead of announcing a new pro-bono residency program for female-led startups.
In December, the business also appointing joint executive creative directors, Ellen Bullen and Dan Sparkes.
Hobba featured on last week’s Mumbrellacast in an International Women’s Day panel discussion, alongside head of content and creative at Target Australia, Nicole Mandile, and founder of headhunting firm, iPopulate, Belinda Lodge.
