Emotive hires award-winning talent from Thinkerbell for business and culture director role
Emotive has picked up an executive head thinker from Thinkerbell to fill the business and culture director role within its agency.
Alice Tschuchnigg – who worked at Thinkerbell as an executive head thinker for more than two years – has been chosen for the role.
In her new position, Tschuchnigg will take on a client portfolio containing a variety of big-name accounts, such as HelloFresh, Mount Franklin and Wotif.
Her duties also cover leadership in regards to the agency’s people and culture initiatives, specifically “in overseeing … [Emotive’s] People & Culture program” to help the indie company ensure it delivers on its cultural goal of being “the best place to work to do the best work of your life”.
“I’m thrilled to be joining Emotive at such an exciting time in its journey,” enthused Tschuchnigg.
“The energy, ambition, and creativity here are contagious, and I’m eager to dive into the brilliant work being done for some of Australia’s most iconic brands. I look forward to contributing to both client success and the agency’s fun and ambitious culture.”
