Engaging Communications rebrands to Engaging.io

Digital communications agency Engaging Communications has rebranded to Engaging.io to reflect its increased technology offerings.

Founder, Todd McPhee, said the additional ‘.io’ aims to represent the “input” and “output”.

“When we started Engaging Comms in November 2009, the model was ‘advertise, review, advertise some more’. It was a much simpler time. Our main focus was to help clients become less reliant on ‘the media’ for communications and campaigns. We wanted to help them build their own audience or community that they could ‘Engage’ with… So, Engaging Communications made sense,” McPhee explained.

Michelle O’Keeffe, CEO at Engaging Communications, said the company will still be focusing on the ‘engaging’ part of its business but with a new focus on technology,

“We still operate on a 100% referral rate. I put that down to our partnership approach to working with our clients and our solid belief in being mindful that technology only works when you design it for the humans who need to engage with it.

“So, we continue with our Engaging focus, but the new brand better reflects our depth of expertise in, and commitment to, technology.”
