Fairfax, Adconion and FirstClick win Frost & Sullivan digital gongs

Frost & Sullivan’s Best Practices Awards, celebrating the Australian information and communications technology industry, saw companies including Fairfax Digital Media, Telstra, FirstClick Consulting and Adconion handed gongs.   

Held last night, the awards are based on companies’ market performance and customer satisfaction ratings researched from Frost & Sullivan’s market surveys. The metrics include revenue growth, market share and leadership in innovation.

Among those awarded were Fairfax Digital Media for Online Publisher of the Year; Telstra for Broadband Service Provider of the Year and Hosted Contact Centre Service Provider of the Year.

Vodafone Hutchison was also awarded for Mobile Services Provider of the Year; FirstClick Consulting for Search Marketing Company of the Year; and Adconion for Ad Network Broker of the Year.
