Former Google Australia spinner takes up top PR job with Twitter in Germany
Former Google Australia PR lead Henning Dorstewitz has returned to his native Germany to take up the role of head of communications for Twitter there.
Dorstewitz left Google after five years in late 2013 to take over as acting general manager for Haystac Communications’ Sydney office as Tabitha Fairbarn went on maternity leave.
When Fairbarn returned in July he took the role of senior advisor, acting as the deputy general manager and leading strategy development on corporate, commercial and B2B briefs, as well as tech client campaign executions.
However he has returned to Germany to take on the role of head of communications for the micro blogging site in Germany, where it is currently working to increase a relatively low penetration rate.
