Google announces new leadership for ANZ customer solutions
Google has appointed Elizabeth Fox as the new managing director of customer Solutions for Australia and New Zealand.
In her new role, Fox will lead the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment within Google’s Global Business Organisation, focusing on helping them thrive in a dynamic market.
She brings over 20 years of global experience, having previously led e-commerce and agency businesses in the US and Asia Pacific. Since joining Google in 2014, Fox has taken on various leadership roles, most recently managing SMB ad sales for the Asia Pacific region.
Fox has held various leadership roles across Sydney, London, and Los Angeles. Her career includes positions such as Director of Client Services APAC at The Search Agency, Vice President of Marketing at Maverick Internet Ventures, and Director of Franchise Development at KB Global LLC.
Fox said there has never been a more exciting time to work in this space.
“Australian and New Zealand SMBs have shown great resilience navigating an increasingly dynamic environment, embracing new technologies and ways of working despite challenges,” she said.
