Google exec to lead InMobi APAC agency partnerships

Content, monetisation and marketing technology vendor InMobi has appointed former Google Singapore executive Susannah Llewellyn to lead agency partnerships across Asia Pacific.

Llewellyn, who will remain in Singapore for the role, replaces Richard O’Sullivan, who moved to the United Kingdom earlier this year as InMobi’s global vice president of Open Exchange.

In her new role, Llewellyn will be responsible for driving InMobi’s growth in the region with media agency partners and holding companies.

“Susannah is a seasoned leader within the media industry, and we are excited to have her lead the agency charter for InMobi across Asia Pacific,” InMobi Asia Pacific managing director Rishi Bedi said.

“Given her vast AdTech and agency background, Susannah is well-positioned to drive our growth in the region through localised go-to-market strategies across our global platforms.”

InMobi said Llewellyn was chosen for her “wealth of knowledge” from the media, technology and digital space across various roles.

Llewellyn has been business agency director at Google Singapore since 2014, and at MEC Dubai from 2008 to 2014. She also worked at UK-based Mediaedge and Carat.

Commenting on her appointment, Llewellyn said: “My depth of experience across the various facets of the media industry including AdTech, agency, and digital marketing will bring valuable insight to my new role at InMobi.”

“I’m passionate about the rapidly evolving media landscape and look forward to leading the regional team as we continue to extend our agency partnerships throughout APAC.”

Earlier this year, InMobi appointed Jaclyn Hadida as ANZ country manager, tasked with managing sales, client services and in-region partnerships. She also replaced O’Sullivan.
