Has Qantas got a brand crisis or just a PR problem?

Au contraire Tim.
Every week I get multiple emails from Qantas. Do I want to buy a hairdryer? Maybe a camera or a drone. House or car insurance? Get yet another Amex card? Get an Optus sim. Buy some wine I’ve never heard of. Maybe something from JB HiFi. What about some KitchenAid products.
INHO Qantas has lost it’s focus on its core business – flights and travel. It feels like they thought they had to get on the online discounted sales merry-go-round along with every Tom, Dick & Harry. I’d prefer they focus on their core business and get their house in order.
Cheers.
Tim, really good and highly relevant, worth viewing 730 report last night especially from 0730mins when Andrew David of Qantas interviewed
Thanks for the tip Steve – to iView I go!
