Hatched MD Jack Byrne said of the appointments: “While we, like a many of our clients have seen this year as a huge challenge, we have found that our agility, divergent skillsets and willingness to invest in key talent has ensured great momentum, and huge opportunities coming out of 2020, and we plan on hitting the new year at pace and with a team assembled to deliver best-in-class solutions for our clients now and into the future. Bring on 2021.

The string of recent hires come off the back of picking up clients including Mirvac, Kennards, Judo Bank, Vision Super and AIA Australia.

In addition, Hatched has formalised a planning and strategy unit. Regan Hancock, formerly digital director at Hatched, has joined the planning unit, headed by Andrew Pascoe, in the role of planning director. This move has coincided with the Lucy Seward also moving into a planning director role.
