History Will Be Kind promotes Edwina Brook to agency’s first business director
Public relations agency History Will Be Kind has promoted Edwina Brook as the agency’s first ever business director.
Brook was previously a senior account director at the agency for nearly three years after joining HWBK from Deepend.
As part of her new role Brook will aid founder and managing partner Emma-Jane Granleese in evolving the agency’s offering and deliver integrated communications programs across Sydney and Melbourne.
“Edwina is a crucial part of our business and a true ‘unicorn’ – a stellar communications operator, people manager, strategic and creative thinker, with an entrepreneurial spirit. She has been fundamental to driving phenomenal team and client growth for HWBK, and we are thrilled to see her take on this senior business leadership position,” Granleese said in a statement.
Brook added: “At the core of HWBK is our collective hunger to make a mark, and create moments in history for our clients. We’ve worked extremely hard to build the brand, partner with inspiring organisations across sectors, and create a unique and high performing culture over the past few years. But we will never settle, and I’m excited to be helping shape the future of History with EJ and the team.”
History Will Be Kind’s clients include Amaysim, Drive Yello, Nestle, International Convention Centre Sydney and Randstad.
