HOYTS Group introduces enhanced maternity support via partnership with 34Sevn
HOYTS Group has partnered with 34Sevn to introduce enhanced maternity support.
The announcement:
HOYTS Group is proud to announce an exciting partnership with Sam Summers at 34Sevn. This collaboration will strengthen HOYTS’ commitment to supporting mums in the workplace by introducing new pre- and post-maternity leave mentoring and group coaching workshops in the coming months.
This initiative is part of HOYTS’ long-standing effort to foster a supportive and inclusive workplace. With Summers’ extensive experience coaching working mothers, this partnership will help mothers within HOYTS confidently transition back to work and maintain a balance between their career and family life.
Jodi Paton, Chief People Officer at HOYTS, shared her enthusiasm for the initiative: “We are incredibly proud to roll out these new support programs for our working mums. At HOYTS, we understand how critical it is to have strong, tailored support during such a pivotal time. This partnership with Sam Summers allows us to offer meaningful resources to help our team members not only succeed in their careers but also thrive in their personal lives. We look forward to seeing the positive impact this will have on our workplace community.”
With the introduction of these mentoring and coaching programs, HOYTS aims to create a robust support system for working mothers, ensuring they feel empowered and prepared both before and after maternity leave. The group workshops will focus on helping mothers balance their careers, family life, and personal well-being, while providing a space to connect and learn from one another.
34Sevn Founder, Sam Summers, commented on the partnership: “As a working mother, I’ve lived the challenges that so many women face when returning to work. It’s incredibly encouraging to see HOYTS taking such proactive steps to support women in the workplace. By fostering a culture that values not only the professional growth but also the personal well-being of working mums, HOYTS is leading by example and showing that companies can indeed be part of the solution to the larger conversation around women’s leadership and workplace equality.”
