Hyland wins second account for the month in Church & Dwight, parent company of Nair and Batiste
Independent media agency Hyland has won its second full-service account for the month, adding Church & Dwight – parent company of brands including Nair, Batiste Dry Hair Shampoo, Dencorub, Curash Baby and Femfresh – to its roster.
At the beginning of the month, Hyland won a pitch for Kitchenaid’s creative, media and content account. The Church & Dwight appointment follows a period in which Hyland performed project work for the company.
Its new remit will include supporting the global creative efforts with local adaptation, media and digital strategy.
The agency’s founder, Virginia Hyland, said Hyland has built a reputation as a trusted agency partner and was excited to work with Church & Dwight to “deliver better results” in 2020.
“I am so thrilled to be working with such an incredible team of marketers who are open to challenging the status quo,” Hyland said.
“By joining messaging and media we have the opportunity to truly develop campaigns which drive greater success. We can quickly understand what messages are influencing purchase decisions in which media channels.
“To start our relationship we analysed the websites and helped to create a better user experience through strengthening online performance. This became the foundation for developing our thinking and deeply understanding their current customers.”
Earlier this year, Hyland also won the Etihad media account as part of a partnership with fellow indie Crossmedia.
