Ikon wins Lindt media account
Lindt has appointed Ikon as its media agency of record following a competitive pitch.
Ikon will be responsible for all aspects of media planning across the chocolate brand’s portfolio, and begin working on the account immediately. New campaign work will begin from 1 July.
James Sawyer, managing partner at Ikon Sydney, said his team would help Lindt “transform its presence within Australia in increasingly challenging times”.
“Ikon’s credentials and unique offering in media and strategic thinking played a big role in Lindt’s decision to appoint us. This is a super win for Ikon and the team are excited to get started already,” he said.
Nick Brock, Lindt’s marketing director, added that Ikon was the right choice as the brand looks to “move through our next phase of growth.
“Ikon’s unique skill set and uninhibited approach to creating innovative business solutions for its clients will be put to very good use as we work together,” he said.
