New marketing boss for ING Direct
On-line bank ING Direct has appointed John Arnott to the title of executive director customer.
He will oversee product and marketing, and be in charge of analysis and customer experience after acting in the role since November.
Arnott began his career with HSBC before joining ING Direct UK where he managed online channels.
He joined the Australian business in 2006 as advertising manager.
ING Direct was Australia’s first bank to offer fee free on line savings accounts.
