Panchal has previously held roles in account and client services at Loop Brands, Anthem Worldwide and Barker Brand Partnerships.

Panchal will be responsible for day-to-day operations all of the agency’s offices across Australia, whilst continuing his position of executive client lead.

The promotion comes after Helen Graney became the group managing director for Weber Shandwick and Jack Morton Australia in July. Panchal will continue to report to Graney in his new role.

Graney said in a statement: “Vinny has played a pivotal role in pushing the agency forward, to innovate in a way that resonates with clients and employees. His ability to build exceptional relationships has been instrumental in the agency’s success. His commitment, drive and passion makes him the perfect fit for the role.”

Panchal said of his promotion: “I’m excited for the opportunity to lead the Jack Morton team in Australia, and I’m incredibly proud of our achievements over the last few years. We have a talented group of people in this region and I continue to be blown away by their energy and ambition for the business. At Jack, we have an agency that has an unwavering commitment to growing the brand experience discipline. I couldn’t be more thrilled to take on this role.”
