Jnr. launches first work for Ārepa

Food tech company Ārepa has unveiled a new campaign via recently appointed creative agency jnr., encouraging Kiwis to ‘Sip Some Neuroscience’.

The above-the-line campaign highlights how the New Zealand-based company works with neuroscientists to develop a range of 100% natural, clinically researched products that benefit the brain.

“It’s wild to think six months ago jnr. was still a pipedream and now we are partnering with an amazing Kiwi company like Ārepa,” said jnr. co-founder and managing director, John Marshall, Ngāti Maru, Ngāti Hāua, Ngāti Maniapoto.

‘We are proud to see the Ārepa brand out there with a little bit of swagger.”

Upon the agency’s launch in February, Marshall told Mumbrella the agency takes a ‘creativeffectiveness’ approach – which is described to not take the magic out of creativity, nor the brains out of complex theory, science and technology.

“We’re hoping that this unusual combo will grab peoples’ attention,” Marshall’s co-founder, and chief strategist of jnr,, Ryan O’Connell, added.

“A drink for your brain is a pretty enticing and unique product, so who wouldn’t you want to wouldn’t sip some neuroscience?!”

Zac Robinson, co-founder of Ārepa, said he is proud of the work that simply shows what the brand is all about – scientifically tested brain food.

“It’s been a tough year felt across the whole industry, so we couldn’t be more proud to see our Brain Drink⁺ being celebrated in such a fun and creative way around the streets of Auckland and New Zealand, sharing our most important message: that our product always has been, and always will be, informed by science.”
