As a Client Manager in the team your day-to-day tasks will involve liaising with your clients, understanding briefs, trafficking and monitoring work, creating estimates and timelines, keeping stakeholders updated and delivering campaigns for a range of local and multinational clients. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders including creative teams, digital/program managers, rewards and production teams to deliver program requirements and their requisite deliverables. With an innovative and creative approach, you’ll pro-actively generate new marketing solutions for clients, and contribute new and interesting incentive and reward marketing ideas.

To succeed this role, you’ll have at least three years marketing experience, ideally in a role exposed to incentives, rewards or membership programs. An appreciation of data-driven communication and exposure to digital website or UX enhancements is also preferred as you optimise programs for your clients. Exposure to “Below the Line” campaigns such as merchandising, rewards or promotions and an understanding of the role this channel can play in the overall marketing mix will be highly regarded. Most importantly, you’ll have an energetic, enthusiastic approach and the ability to build strong rapport with clients.
