Social Media Executive

Creative tertiary education brand seeks go-getter ready to manage multiple campaigns with a passion for content, lead gen + analytics.

Ideal Candidate
A super go-getter, you will have worked in a dynamic environment multi tasking across various social platforms both from an organic and paid pov. Your proven creative flair will also have seen you generating content for blogs and various social campaigns. This role will suit an experienced social media executive with at least 3+ years experience looking for the next big role. Proven experience in paid ads, conversion tracking, testing and reporting and managing larger budgets important. Experience in overseeing other roles within marketing is is preferable.

The Essentials..

3+ years Experience in managing brands across digital display and social platforms.
Experience in managing budgets for paid social campaigns.
Lifting engagement and shares using creative blog content and creative storytelling campaigns.
Proven experience and examples of lead generation campaigns and digital conversion tracking.
Understanding of Google Analytics.
Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Web CMS experience including optimisation of conversion and new user engagement preferred.
Ability to work well within a highly integrated busy team.

Preferable

Experience in working with with an education or ‘youth’ brand.
Experience in negotiating and managing digital content partnerships.
Increasing interactivity of brands through live streaming and other examples of digital activations.
Experience in supervising or managing video producer and/or marketing coordinator roles pertaining to web content or social campaigns.
Working with multiple stakeholders for content generation.

Other elements of the role include:

Supporting and working closely with Director of Marketing
Implementation of regular and consistent analytical reporting structures on digital conversions and performance by channel with ongoing optimisation based on these results
Keeping up to date with current trends and new technological advances and applying them where applicable, and managing implementation.
