Social Media Manager & Advertising Specialist

L&A Social Media, Australia’s leading social media agency, is on the lookout for an ambitious, creative & passionate Social Media Manager & Paid Advertising Specialist with 2+ years social media experience to work on key global brands, developing and implementing their social media strategy.

Your role will see you working with an in-house team of creatives on top-tier consumer brands across social media strategy & implementation, creative campaign ideation, paid social, analytics, campaigns, and ensuring client KPI’s are effectively met.

Your role will include:

-Working with top-tier consumer brands, and your co-workers to establish client social media plans & strategies that support their overall marketing activity

-Social media strategy development

-Paid advertising strategy development & implementation

-Social media content development, including copywriting, content planning & creative ideation (photography/videography to be executed by creative team)

-Ensuring content & campaigns are on tone, on brand and effective in achieving the larger brand objectives

-Organising & briefing photo/video shoots for brands on an ongoing basis

-Content curation to ensure all content has a consistent tone of voice and is delivered to clients at the highest possible quality

-Analysing social media activity and ensuring it is hitting client KPI’s & working with clients directly to ensure client happiness

The right individual will have:

-Relevant qualifications plus 2+ years social media experience

-Strong client communication & client management experience

-Social media strategy & management experience, social advertising & strong copywriting

-Ability to communicate seamlessly with clients and team members of all levels

-Strong attention to detail

-Full accountability with deliverables and output in a timely manner and to a high standard of quality

-Experience working with consumer brands is a bonus!

Technical Skillset:

-Very comfortable using a Mac & Microsoft suite / Photoshop knowledge a bonus

-Google Docs

-Expert knowledge of all social platforms

-Business Manager & Paid Social Advertising experience

-Enthusiastic & positive attitude and a desire to take on new challenges and innovate

-Successful communicator between clients and internally, honest and transparent

-Works well to tight deadlines

-Self-motivated as there is lots of potential to grow in the role and in the agency

-Strong time management
