Kogan.com launches a new brand platform via Hardhat

Online retailer Kogan.com is highlighting its competitive prices in a new brand platform via Hardhat.

The new platform, ‘Clickin’ Awesome’ positions the retailer as a friend of Australians looking to get the best prices on the things they love, as day-to-day expenses continue to creep up.

It’s not the first time Kogan.com has partnered with Hardhat, with the agency being responsible for the brand’s first TVC, launched back in 2020.

Karl Winther, chief marketing officer at Kogan.com commented: “We are excited to launch this campaign that captures (in a very Kogan.com way) the positivity, surprise and wonder that everyday Aussies feel when they click on to Kogan.com and see the remarkable value they get.

Andy Segal, executive creative director at Hardhat spoke in perfect unison with co-ECD Chris Hince: “Hearing how the people at Kogan.com are always working hard to deliver the best price, we saw them as these superheroes. The kind you wish would just appear when you need a low price.

“From experience, we know that once you try Kogan.com, you’re hooked. We wanted to create a campaign that shows customers why they can expect that. So now when they think ‘how on earth is that price so low’, they’ll know.”

The campaign launched this week with a series of TVCs and assets across radio, outdoor, digital and social, with the support of the media team at Spinach.

General manager and media director of Spinach, Ben Willee added: “Kogan.com is an exciting business and it’s fantastic to be working with a bunch of smart people to bring this campaign to life.”
