Leo Burnett wins global creative account for Kayla Itsines’ women’s health platform Sweat
Leo Burnett Australia has won the global creative account for women’s health platform, Sweat.
Sweat is an extension of the business founded by fitness influencer Kayla Itsines and Tobi Pearce. Leo Burnett will be working with the business to extend its global growth.
Sweat chief brand and marketing officer, Mike Scott, said that Leo Burnett would help the business fulfil its ambitions.
“We’re delighted to appoint Leo Burnett to be our marketing and creative partner. Sweat has bold ambitions to be the home of the largest, most confident and engaged female fitness community on the planet. We do this by providing our community with meaningful, results driven tools to help promote self confidence and a holistic approach to health for women of all walks of life,” Scott said.
“Currently much of our business is based in the Northern Hemisphere, which gives us a huge opportunity to further expand our reach into the Southern Hemisphere. We believe Leo Burnett has the depth and firepower, strategically and creatively, to support us as we continue to build the brand and grow our engagement globally.”
Leo Burnett Australia CEO, Melinda Geertz, stated: “Sweat is a brand that we admire so much for its passion and purpose. It’s more than an amazing fitness program; it’s a space where women can encourage and motivate each other. We’re absolutely thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Mike and his team to help inspire more women around the world to join the Sweat community and feel empowered with fitness.”
Hilarious, considering the horrid reviews the application receives from its patrons.
Apparently, most people are charged whilst unable to access the application, and also continue to be charged long after they have elected to discontinue the ‘service’.
Why anyone would pay for such drivel is beyond me, literally All of that information is available oine for free, from credible professionals.

I’m guessing “most people” aren’t unable to access the app and “most people” don’t get charged after unsubscribing. Maybe you had a bad experience. Also, why shouldn’t experts be allowed to sell their knowledge? Isn’t that what marketers do – the information’s available online but it’s nice to have someone do it for you.
