Liana Dubois appointed ANZ MD at Entertainment Partners

Liana Dubois
Former Nine chief marketing officer Liana Dubois has landed at production finance company Entertainment Partners as ANZ managing director.
Dubois had worked for Nine for 12 years, most recently as Chief Marketing Officer, before she was let go in March this year.
Dubois was one of 10 senior media and marketing figures who spoke to Mumbrella last month about the wave of redundancies hitting experienced leaders.
At that time, Dubois took a big-picture view of the situation, citing global instability and technological disruption as the leading causes of the trend.
“It’s a signal we need to rethink not just cost structures and operating models, but how we value, sustain and grow business and the talent within it for the long-term.”
Entertainment Partners is a dominant global player in film and TV finance software and back-office functionality. It handles onboarding, payroll, budgeting, scheduling, and production management among other necessities.
EP CEO Markham Goldstein said Dubois’ appointment was a reflection of the company’s commitment to ANZ.
“She has an outstanding record of creative and commercial leadership,” he said in a written statement.
“With Australia and New Zealand continuing to grow as global production hubs, Liana’s leadership and deep industry experience position us perfectly to serve our clients and partners in even greater ways.”
