Mamamia unveils NSW sales director appointment

Mamamia strengthens its commercial leadership team with the appointment of experienced sales director Lanai Wiadrowski.

The announcement:

Mamamia, Australia’s largest independent publisher, has today announced the appointment of Lanai Wiadrowski to the newly created role of NSW sales director.

The appointment follows a period of strong growth for Mamamia. The role, which reports into chief revenue officer Georgie Nichols, will strengthen the publisher’s commercial leadership team and accelerate its partnerships in the Sydney market.

Wiadrowski, one of the most experienced NSW agency sales directors in market, brings extensive experience leading high-performing teams and building strong client and agency partnerships. She joins Mamamia most recently from oOH! Media.

Georgie Nichols, chief revenue officer at Mamamia, said:
“We’ve had an incredible year of growth, and to continue that momentum we needed a Director to lead our NSW Commercial team. We were blown away by the calibre of candidates who applied for the role, but it was critical to find a leader who shared our people-first mindset, aligned with our purpose of making the world a better place for women and girls, and who held strong and trusted relationships in market. Lanai stood out as the right candidate on every front. Her reputation as a leader of people and a partner to agencies and clients is widely recognised, and we are delighted to welcome her to Mamamia.”

Lanai Wiadrowski said:
“I’m thrilled to be joining Mamamia, a brand with a unique connection to Australians and a business driven by a powerful purpose. What excites me most about this new role is the opportunity to deepen partnerships with our customers in new and meaningful ways. I look forward to working alongside such a talented team to help brands grow and stay relevant by tapping into Mamamia’s culture, community and connection, delivering real business impact.”

Lanai joins Mamamia on 29th September 2025.
