Advertising Agency March One released its first work for the Movie Network Channels this week, a dynamite DM pack targeted at AUSTAR’s Customer Service and telesales agents.

Creative Director, Ben Coverdale, says the pack is a triumph for internal communications, which is often neglected by marketers.

“This pack not only communicates the right information, but also that Movie Network Channels cares about customer service and sales teams, the most important link in the chain. When we spend hundreds of thousands of dollars talking to customers, spending $5 per pack on your sales team should be a no-brainer.”

Movie Network Channels wanted to re-invigorate internal communications which had previously focused on programming and provide staff instead with sellable consumer benefits. The end result was a practical sales tool that staff could use and was engaging. Laura Bömer, Marketing Manager said March One exceeded her expectations “We could have chosen any one of the three concepts presented.” She said “but the cut-through factor of the dynamite got it over the line.”
