The group – which locally operates M&C Saatchi, PR agency Hidden Characters, Lida, Re and M&C Saatchi Sport and Entertainment – is also looking to launch its UK research operation The Source in Melbourne.

“Australia had another good year, winning Woolworths (without a pitch), BBQ Galore, eBay and Tabcorp. They were awarded ‘Most Innovative Communications Company in Australia’, reflecting some of their ground breaking and pioneering work for their clients,” the results stated.

For the region, operating profit was up 37% to £52.531m (AU$84.592m).
