Media 33 makes two senior promotions

Boutique communications agency Media 33 has promoted Ashlee Crawford to general manager and Mick Bradley to agency director.

The announcement:

Boutique communications agency, Media 33, have made two senior appointments with Ashlee Crawford appointed to general manager and Mick Bradley appointed to agency director.

Both Ashlee and Mick have been part of the management team at Media 33 since it was launched in early 2013 and have played a key role in the agencies ongoing cultural strength and growth.

Ashlee’s role sees her step up from head of client solutions after 13 years in the industry. Ash will primarily support managing director, Jenna Lambert in the agencies continued team expansion, new business development and client growth as they continue to expand the agency globally.

Mick’s appointment to agency director expands his leadership position within the business, having cemented long-standing relationships with many of Media 33’s foundation clients including Powershop, Kaboodle and Wolfdene. Mick’s role will see him oversee a highly driven team, focused on delivering outstanding strategic brand direction, high accountability, and business-focused performance.

Executive Director, Michael Lambert believes the new appointments will drive the agency even further, “Mick and Ash have been instrumental in Media 33’s success to date and their vision for the future of the agency is what makes our next five years so exciting. Having worked with Mick for 10+ years and Ash for 7 years, we have come to truly understand the roles we play and how our combination of skills can be put to best use to drive the agency forward. I look forward to our next chapter together and doing things the way we feel they should be done.”
