First, to our narrowcast message. Only the few hundred people who are paying members of Unmade are receiving this post. Less than half of you are in Melbourne, which narrows it down a bit further. Not all of you will be available on Tuesday night, which tightens the funnel again. And many of you have already grabbed your ticket, in which case I’m already looking forward to seeing you on Tuesday evening. That’s narrowcasting.
So, Melburnian Unmade members who are free on Tuesday evening, the first part of this post is just for you.
Hi mate, I’m actually in the UK at the moment so haven’t had time to watch them all. I have however seen the John Lewis ad. It was sent to me by a friend over here gushing about it which tells you something immediately. One objective fulfilled I imagine. I watched it and had a lump in my throat. Whilst some people will over-think it and try to find a negative (trying to benefit from the misery of others perhaps?), I think the vast majority of the viewing public will think job very well done.

I had tears at the John Lewis ad, loved Big W and Australia Post, thought TKMaxx was great fun, and that Myer was good fun too.
