MIFF launches recruitment process
The Melbourne International Film Festival has published the recruitment ads for its new general manager and artistic director positions.
The new roles will replace the position currently occupied by departing executive director Richard Moore; applications will close on May 14.
This is how MIFF is describing the process:
“MIFF is seeking to make two key appointments to lead the company into its landmark 60th festival in 2011, and beyond. The General Manager will have responsibility for the overall management of the company, and the Artistic Director will work with the Head of Programming to develop the MIFF program.
The successful applicants for both positions will be dynamic, creatively and commerciall- focused individuals who will lead the company into the next phase of its growth.
Both positions will commence post the 2010 festival.”
