Mortgage Choices reminds lenders they’re not ‘a Loan’

Mortgage Choice has launched the latest iteration of its ‘You’re Never a Loan’ brand campaign.

Following on from the firms first brand campaign since joining REA Group in 2021, the new work includes a refreshed TVC, with executions also appearing across radio, OOH, digital display, online video and social media.

While the first iteration of the platform was launched in partnership with Brand + Story, this time round the campaign was created and produced entirely in-house at Mortgage Choice.

Anthony Waldron, CEO of financial services and Mortgage Choice at REA Group, said the campaign comes at a time where borrowers will benefit from having a mortgage broker in their corner. Mortgage Choice research found 52% of Australian borrowers aren’t receiving the best available interest rate offered by their lender or are unsure if they’re receiving the best available rate.

“Our brokers can provide expert advice about managing rising rates and will negotiate with lenders on the customer’s behalf to find them the right loan,” said Waldron.

“This campaign is the next phase of our ongoing investment in the Mortgage Choice brand following the success of our ‘You’re Never a Loan’ campaign, which launched in August last year.”
