Mortgage Choice launches first brand campaign since joining REA Group

Mortgage Choice has launched its first brand campaign since joining digital property business REA Group last year, in partnership with creative firm Brand+Story.

The ‘You’re Never a Loan’ campaign follows Mortgage Choice’s rebrand in March this year, aiming to accelerate national brand awareness and consideration.

 

Brought to life in a 45 second hero spot, with a series of five breakout 15 second spots, the creative draws on the relationships between a Mortgage Choice broker and their customers, honing in on the experience of a family lookin to refinance, an expecting couple looking for their first home, a parent looking for more space for the family, a young professional after a place in the city and a family in search of a tree change.

The TVC has launched nationally across Channel 9 and Channel 10 during tentpole shows including The Block and The Masked Singer, with supporting assets on BVOD, audio, digital display, online video and social, as well as an extensive outdoor campaign in major capital cities.
