Oh the irony of the Scotsman who says “I know the girls who are launching it…”
Oh, no sexism in the industry at all!

Damn, as the sole male in, and owner of, a PR company that currently employs only “girls”, I can see I am going to have to change my obviously deviant and patronising terminology immediately….how could I ever call them “girls” again?
Thanks for pointing this out to me “Tom” (who is presumably a “bloke”)

Pretty ordinary interview with Adobe – particularly as there is mounting pressure being applied on their products – particularly by Apple – and questions asked whether Flash has a future on the next generation Web. Three questions worth asking…Steve Jobs appears to think Adobe Flash is bloated, buggy, and insecure – does it worry you that Apple won’t have Flash on their mobile operating system? Whose problem is this, Adobe’s or Apple’s?. Can Flash survive when HTML 5 comes along?

Hey Tom,
I’m curious what me being Scottish has to do with using the term ‘girls. To be honest where I come from (Glasgow) that’s the main term used for women.
It’s probably a local thing but I guess I brought it over with me. I also call girls/woman ‘lass’ on occasion. I take it you would have an issue with that.
Cheers,
Scott
