Murdoch attacked at Parliamentary hearing
News Corp CEO Rupert Murdoch was attacked during the London Parliamentary hearing into the News of The World phone hacking hearing.
Part of the attack was caught on camera from behind. It appeared that a man attempted to push a white substance into Murdoch’s face before several people including his wife Wendy Deng rushed to his aid.
Before the live feed was cut, the camera appeared to show a white substance on the shoulder of Murdoch’s jacket.
When the hearing resumed later, Murdoch was in shirtsleeves.
