Nature’s own: are you an angel?
A campaign has launched to mark a partnership between Nature’s Own and children’s nutrition charity Vitamin Angels.

The agency behind the campaign was Sapient Nitro.
Luke Fitzgerald, director consumer healthcare for Sanofi-Aventis, the owners of Nature’s Own, said: “We have chosen to partner with Vitamin Angels because we have a shared belief that every person’s health matters. We feel that SapientNitro has developed a creative that really captures the essence of what we are helping to achieve through this partnership. This is about making a tangible difference to children’s lives.”
SapientNitro national MD, Paul Bennett added: “Vitamin Angel’s modest brand recognition in Australia, added to the challenge of the brief to achieve cut-through in a market typical of charity fatigue. Anyone can create a charity partnership, but what we have done is highlight the true impact and relevance of this partnership.”

Shame that in order to provide the people (in developing countries) with the vitamins they so desperately need, Nature’s Own resort to suckering in people (in developed nations) who are unlikely to need any form of vitamin supplement whatsover.
If you’re eating three meals a day, chances are that you don’t need any form of supplement. Even something like Vitamin C, probably the more effective proven vitamins, will reduce the duration or severity of a cold by (at most) 20%. It won’t stop you getting the cold though.
You’re better off spending your money on good handsoap if you want to avoid the cold.
