New Nova podcast hosted by Tiffiny Hall launches today
Nova Entertainment’s newestt podcast, Bounce Forward, hosted by Tiffiny Hall, launches today.

Tiffiny Hall is on a mission to help you live a fitter, healthier and more balanced life when NOVA Entertainment launches the new original podcast Bounce Forward launching today, Monday 5 June.
Bounce Forward is loaded with motivation and education – the tips, tricks and dos and don’ts that make a big impact on your health. In each episode Tiff will share what she’s learnt during her 20-year career in the health and fitness industry.
This new podcast is designed to give people ‘realistic optimism’. Tiff won’t be telling you that you need to run a marathon as it’s more about making healthy habit changes that can fit into your life and help them make steps towards your goals. You won’t find any crazy diets, quick fad fixes or pressure to bounce back; Tiff will help you Bounce Forward and each month she’ll chat with a high-profile guest about their own journey to health.
Tiff Hall is the creator of the TXO Life – an online health and fitness program, a mentor, author and a 6th Dan black belt in Taekwondo. Rising to fame as a trainer on The Biggest Loser Australia, Tiff made history as the first pregnant woman to appear on the cover of Women’s Health in 2022.
Tiff Hall said, “I am thrilled to join the NOVA Entertainment Podcast Network and launch my new podcast Bounce Forward. I’m using my 20 years of health and fitness experience to bring you simple easy tips and tricks to help you live a fitter, healthier and more balanced life. I’ll be dropping a few truth bombs along the way; stories that I’ve never been able to share before! There will also be celeb guest interviews where we’ll peek behind their wellness curtain and discover the healthy hacks that work for them. I can’t wait to share this new podcast you.”
Growing up the daughter of black belt parents, with her mum one of the first females to earn her black belt in Australia and her father a gold medal-winning Olympic coach, Tiff developed a love of martial arts from a young age and has become one of the highest ranked female martial artists in the world.
After becoming a mum, Tiff felt so much pressure to bounce back and return to her pre-baby body but it didn’t feel realistic. She had a little human to worry about and didn’t need to take on societal pressures too. Tiff rejects the notion that women need to bounce back from pregnancy and is on a mission to share the mindset that we should be bouncing forward.
You don’t have to be a parent to listen, this is a podcast for anyone who wants to make small changes to have a big impact on your health. Think simple, fun advice and motivation for wherever you are on your journey.
