News Corp hands full creative duties to incumbent Archibald Williams
Archibald Williams has won the full News Corp creative account and is to set to take full responsibility for the brand from June 1, with the other incumbent AJF Partnership stripped of duties for the brand.
The agency will be responsible for all of News Corp Australia’s national brand, retention, acquisition, digital, retail and trade advertising activities.
The appointment is understood to exclude any activity with NewsLifeMedia brands.
The pitch was announced in May, putting incumbents AJF Partnership, Archibald Williams and M&C Saatchi’s Mark on notice.
Mark was not included on the shortlist which featured Havas Worldwide, Clemenger, Saatchi & Saatchi, Droga5 and AJF and Archibald Williams.
AJF Partnership worked on News Corp’s AFL footy card giveaway.
